Golden Milk Oatmeal
GOLDEN MILK OATMEAL
Materials
50g ground oatmeal
300ml plant-based milk
Golden Milk mix @meleztea  
Nutmeg with the tip of a teaspoon and the same amount of powdered cardamom
1 x teaspoon honey
(or you can use alternatives such as banana & date puree, protein powder, sweetener.
If the honey is not enough, increase the amount.
Honey goes especially well with these spices.
1 pinch of salt

Steps :
Cook all the ingredients in a non-stick pan until thickened.
Then pour it into a glass bowl and put it in the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature.
After resting for at least 2-3 hours (preferably for 1 day),
Make a delicious coffee and enjoy!
The combination of these spices is incredibly delicious,
and is perfect for keeping your immunity high.
Decorate it as you wish.
I preferred raw cacao nibs @wefood_tr , desiccated coconut, slivered almonds, oat bran flakes @betaglucaretr and a little white chia seeds @wefood_tr .
It also suits my coconutbowl, which I can't give up! @gaiacoconutbowls

Golden Milk Porridge

We('ve) talked about countless health benefits of turmeric (altv.it's safe to say that turmeric has countless health benefits). Here is a (turmeric based) recipe you can easily include to your morning routine.
* GOLDEN MILK PORRIDGE
- 50 gr rolled oats
- 300 ml milk
- Golden-milk mixture @meleztea
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or cardamom powder
- ½ tablespoon honey (or banana & palm fruit puree, protein powder, sweeting agent. Add more/less to taste. Especially honey tastes very good with these spices)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Cook every ingredient in a nonstick pan until it gets thickened. Then pour it in a bowl and wait til it comes down to room temperature. Finally, put the bowl in the fridge. After leaving it to rest for at least 2-3 hours (preferably a day), make some fresh coffee and bon appetit!
- Coffee is the perfect match for the mixture of these spices. It is also beneficial in keeping your immune system strong. You can add toppings to your coffee as you wish. I prefer organic cacao powder @wefood_tr, dry coconut powder, almond kernel powder, oat bran flakes @betaglucaretr and just a bit of white chia seeds @wefood_tr.
